Terms of use

These terms cover your use of the Unwind iPhone app (the "App") and the website at https://unwind.love (the "Website"), provided by Alexander Thomas Hunter ("we", "us"). By using the App or Website you agree to them.

1. Health and safety

Unwind is a general wellbeing tool, not medical advice. The stretches, routines and instructions are general information and aren't a substitute for advice from a doctor, physiotherapist or other health professional.

• Stretch gently, within your own range, and never into pain.
• If you have an injury, a medical condition, are pregnant, or are unsure whether a stretch is right for you, check with a health professional before starting.
• Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort, and seek medical help if needed.
• Routines named after a complaint, such as back pain or a stiff neck, are gentle suggestions, not treatments.

You use the App at your own risk.

2. Licence

The App is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard App Store agreement), together with these terms. If they conflict, Apple's agreement applies. You may use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as the App Store rules allow.

3. Purchases

Any purchases in or of the App are processed by Apple. Apple's terms apply to payments, and refunds are requested from Apple, not from us.

4. Your data

Your routines and history are stored only on your device. You're responsible for backing up your device. We can't recover data that is lost. See our privacy policy.

5. Acceptable use

Don't copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the App or its content, including the stretch illustrations and instructions, except where the law allows it.

6. Intellectual property

The App, the Website and their content, including the Unwind name, icon, illustrations and text, belong to Alexander Thomas Hunter.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded. Apart from those rights, the App and Website are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the App or Website. Where our liability can't be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to supplying the App again or paying the cost of doing so.

8. Changes

We may update the App and these terms from time to time. The date above shows when the terms last changed. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you agree to the jurisdiction of its courts.
